Customs & duties
Customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We state actual order value on our customs forms, and we do not revise the invoice value for customs declaration. Many countries charge a fee when the order value is over a certain amount.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy
Returns & refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error — you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
What cannot be returned
Items that are personalized or customized, such as Canvas Prints and Mailbox Decals.
A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all orders over $100.

How long a refund takes
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper — though in many cases you will receive it more quickly. That window is made up of three stages:

Need to return an item?
Log in to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
