Do you get that 'ho-hum' feeling every time you walk into your kitchen? Would you rather clean the basement than fix a meal? And don't even think about baking cupcakes for the next school bake sale! That might be enough to push you off that cliff - of dirty dishes.
If this sounds familiar, you may have a case of the 'boring kitchen blues'. This disorder is characterized by a strong desire to hurl the coffee pot at the next person who asks you to get them a cup. Other symptoms include giving toddlers indelible markers and pointing them towards your kitchen. You might even 'lose' that precious coffee pot.
Well, we have some great news for anyone suffering from this disorder. There is now a cure for the boring kitchen blues! Brighten up your kitchen and give it some personality with colorful decals that'll have you looking forward to entering the kitchen. Maybe at least a little, anyway.
There's no getting around the fact that being in the kitchen means work. So why not sprinkle that work with a little fun? Instead of throwing the coffee pot at someone or even (shudder!) 'losing' it, add a cheerful message above it. We think this sign is a good way to start the day off on a better foot.
An Instant Pot takes a lot of the work out of fixing dinner and adding a fun decal makes it even better. If you have to deal with picky eaters in the midst of your boring kitchen blues crisis, you might prefer this decal. We think it says it all!
Add some big, bold flowers to your stand mixer and maybe baking won't seem quite so onerous. With 22 colors to choose from, you're sure to find one that'll brighten up those baking chores. A message that reminds you why you're baking couldn't hurt either. How about this one on the wall above the mixer or where you keep your baking supplies?
And about those bake sale cupcakes... Add some fun to your cupcake carrier with these adorable little leopard print stickers. Who knows? You may even start someone else on their way to a cure for their own boring kitchen blues!
If you're worried about the durability of vinyl decals on your hard-working appliances, there's no problem. They're made with the same glossy vinyl used on outdoor signs. If they can stand up to all kinds of harsh weather, routine washing should be a breeze.
